I am Dr. Godric, a medical doctor with a focused expertise in functional medicine, metabolic health and human performance optimization.,My work centers on helping individuals achieve sustainable health and physical performance by addressing the root causes of imbalance rather than managing symptoms alone.
I take an integrated, science-driven approach that combines clinical medicine with evidence-based nutrition, exercise programming and lifestyle interventions. By optimizing metabolism, hormonal balance, gut health and recovery, I help clients improve body composition, increase energy levels, and build long-term resilience.
